Diesel...

This is Diesel, a 10 month old Kelpie X Border Collie.

As you can imagine, he is a very energetic boy and will need a lot of exercise! maybe I will have trouble keeping up!

Diesel was very bouncy and a little timid. By the end of the walk he was less bouncy so that was nice to see. He does startle a little at times, but again we had a busy walk lots of cars and people to start with, and then we got dive bombed by some Plovers! That may explain the tail between the legs I think he spotted the Plovers!.. wasnt too sure about them. I promise...no harm came to us!!

He is very clever and will be going to school, so that will be great for him and a nice challenge. He didnt mind the couple of stops at traffic lights, there were ear scratches and lots of pats. So he enjoyed that.

We walked from his home, down to a big open park, along a reedy creek, up along a levee, then circled home.he got to see a few dogs along the way. Once we got to the park he settled in nicely and seemed to enjoy our walk together.

I may get to see Diesel on a regular basis, I hope so...it'll be good to see him learning and having some fun.
