Morning with Muriel.

Muriel,was ready for another walk today. Her Mum normally walks her every day and has friends and family helping out where they can. I'm the back-up plan man...i'm pretty happy with that. Means i get to hang with Miss Muriel!

She is such a great girl...her and her cute lil, '...i'll carry the lead for you..', thing she does. just until she knows you have a plan then she drops it and we go about our business.

For a not-so-young girl, she really does like her walks. We were both a bit stiff on the hills, but once we warmed up she was trotting along very very easily.

Again, i kept checking in on her but she was happy to skip along with out rest breaks... though we took some just in case.

We didnt see many people just a walker and a person walking their Dog. Muriel is friendly and affectionate, but was happy to keep moving along.

When we got home Muriel had a walking treat, played with her "dead-cat" (not cat shaped or anything as i said before!) and then layed out on the floor for belly rubs.

She's such a stayer... though i am sure she was napping by the time i left the building!
