I had a late afternoon meeting and walk with Jess and Max... what a pleasant way to start the early evening...!
I got called in to help out walking, as both owners of Jess and Max were on the injury bench, so i happily filled in.
We had a brief meeting and introductions, and we headed off to a local park with a nice creek running through the centre. Both Jess and Max are very well behaved and polite and do as they are asked when needed.
We did a lap of the park first and they settled in very quickly so we headed off up the hill. The sun was setting, so the light in the gully was pretty poor, so my first lot of pics were these two in a blurry streak acros centre frame! So that was abit of a bummer.
So with fading light we topped the hill and watched a sunset as we headed down again. i snapped this shot by the light of a light pole... by this stage they worked out i was stopping for pics.
The light quickly faded as we headed off up a side road and played in a play ground (well i did) they didnt seem too amused... so we set off again.
Up ahead i saw an interesting piece of sculpture in the Car Museums window... a life size Rhino! both Jess and Max approached cautiously so i took a quick happy snap.
We also saw some Horses and Cattle in the gloom and then trotted home.
We were only a few minutes late, so that was ok for a first time out. I think Jess likes me and Max seemed to enjoy getting out of the yard.!
