Billy... too cold for swimming...?

Billy and I headed off on a cool breezy morning, so we didnt head to the pond again. though when we turned left instead of going straight ahead, Billy stopped me twice... i thought it was for an early pat and scratch... but he did it a second time as if to say,'... no...you're going the wrong way mike!...'

But we tootled off up the road and headed for some nice open park space, with shady trees and a cycleway... very pleasant!

I swear, Billy is looking slimmer! so all this walking seemes to be doing him good! it's nice to see results. So far he has walked over 30km so thats pretty darn good.

We walked a good distance today and when we came home billy shaded up and lay down... usually hes a ball of energy and seems to want to go again. we did stop halfway to have a drink and try out my new water bowl and bottle... he was happy with both and had a nice drink...it worked well as he wasnt as thirsty when we got home... so it was well worth the purchase price for my team over summer.

So we headed home and i took a couple short cuts to get home on time... iI'm sure Billy was happy with that too.
