Zoe and Joe... award for best tag-team welcome!

We all know that i love my morning walks with Zoe and Joe. I always love seeing them take turns at peeking at me through the gate latch hole, and they are always onto me before the engine stops! Some of you may know they have racked up some serious kilometres with me. Can you believe they are just short of 80km's!

So a little about "my" two boxers...

Zoe and Joe are brother and sister and get along very very well. Zoe is the quieter of the two, but she takes the lead at times. She has a calm nature ( except of course when she is welcoming me) and is easy going. She is very fit and hardly raises a "sweat", Though she does like our drinks breaks and is just as pooped as her brother when we get home.

Joe is a mostly serious boy. If we dont do things the way he wants he lets me know. Like dont go yet we wanna play... is an example... or hurry up pick up that poop and lets get going already!. Joe is good natured and although interested in what other Dogs are doing, is happy knowing we get to walk about and take everything in. Both Zoe and Joe are very allert to everything going on around them, never nervous or skittish and not easily distracted from their walks.

When we arrive at home, it's sometimes a slog and they stagger to the water bucket, but after a drink they always look ready for more.
