Muriel loves her walks...

I was looking forward to seeing Muriel again. It's been a whole few days since i last had my Muriel fix!

Apparently she'd been pestering her mum.... wanting a longer walk. So happy thursday to me... we went on a longer walk.

We did a nice big loop and up one side of a park and down the other side. so we covered a nice long walk. I am sure she was worn out when we got back... but i also bet she's already getting under her mums feet ready for more!

The wind was up today so Muriel was busy with all the scents wafting her way. Lots of animals as we passed them by and all the horses. we could smell them for a long way off and we kept looking back... No Muriel, they're not following us... just the breeze...!

We trotted along in another park and looked as rain clouds looked like they would dampen things down a bit, but it didnt eventuate. Which was good, as that wind would have made being wet pretty miserable. we stopped at the halfway point and had a drink and set off home again.

Still lots to see smell and explore so Muriel definitely got a sensory work-out too.

I was hoping to take it easy with a walk with Muriel, but as always, she led the way and kept the pace cracking!
