A Monday with Muriel.

Muriel and I took a nice sunny Monday walk today. Can you believe Muriel has walked almost 60km with me... don't forget her Mum and friends walk her every day... so she is quite the walker!

Muriels Mum wasnt able to take Muriel for a walk today, so i got an extra special surprise. I will also get to walk muriel again later this week... So happy about that.

So we headed off up the road and joined onto a favourite water course of Muriel's. Even though it was recently mowed, I think we may have to avoid it until next time. long grass and summer heat... probably not a great mix.

We continued along and crossed over to a nice open sports field and did a casual lap. We had a drinks break and a shady rest, but as usual Muriel was keen to keep plodding on.

We followed a walking path up for a little way, and then toddled home.

It was a little warm for Muriel today, so we will be heading off a little earlier from now on.
