Billy and I are getting to be old hands at this walking thing. I call for him as i come down the drive (i suspect he's napping in the sunshine) he greets me at the big gate and we say hello, then i get into his yard and he gives me his Billy welcome... head to my knees and sits for a belly scratch!

Billy has me well trained! Then we lead-up and head off.

Billy is always happy to see me, but he's always busy for the first few hundred metres checking out whos been where and when since his last walk.

Then he checks in with me, '... you alright back there.... yeah thats it... ear scratches!'

Billy stops me intermittently for check-ins, and ear scratches. Though sometimes when we reach a nice shady spot i'll sit dow with him and we watch the galahs, magpies, people or cars go by, depending on where we are. I was going to take some more selfies today... but i thought I'd ease off on photo shoots with Billy. So we just chilled.

We climbed the hill to a fire station. I was hoping maybe one might be out so i could take a pic of "my" red Dog with a red truck... i think that'd be cute... Billy wouldnt be fussed either way!

So once up the hill we shade-hopped it back home again, and once again Billy flopped in a heap, had a big drink, and then flopped again... see you next time Billy!
