Phil and I have a work-out walk!

Phil isn't an overly excitable boy. Very trustworthy and reliable. So it's nice to see him excited. When he saw me today he was doing a lil prancy happy dance... he's so cute!

So we hooked up and headed off. I was thinking we could see some horses along the way as we hadn't been that way for a lil while. I was also hoping to do one of our longish loops as we were marching along at a good pace.

Can you believe it, Phil and I have covered over 90km together!.

Phil isn't skittish or anything like that, but he does a little pause around horses. He's not so fussed about one section of the pathway as it comes quite close to where the horses hang. But he was very brave and we trotted along, no problem.

We also jumped up onto a levee and got a birds eye view of more horses, which Phil liked much better! We looped along and passed the Dog Park and had a good look and smell around.

At the Dog Park there is always some pigeons, and we know Phil loves that. So we stalked up and ran after some...so that made Phils day (we hadnt really seen many today). We saw ducks and magpies, as well, but they don't take his interest like pigeons!

Although we started off early, it was still quite warm out there. The walk was a great work out and Phil had a pretty big drink when we got home...
