"Early" mornings with Muriel

Lately I have been offering earlier or later starts to the walks we take, for the coming summer. A great idea for our Dogs to walk at times that are at the coolest.

Although not real early, it was actually cool enough to walk in a jumper! So that was very pleasant!

Muriel is such a sociable girl. As we walked out of her street, she was very intent on watching someone get in their car, drive out the driveway, that they stopped to say hello! Muriel was very happy with that, and we continued on our way!

So we walked along the path through a parkland and all the way to the otherside. Another couple of people saying hello and Muriel was all tail wags!

Can you believe that Muriel has walked over 60km!!

What a big effort. (I had better get her the 50km certificate!) Again, it all shows how lil bits, here and there all add up to lots of K's and happy happy Dogs. Muriels mum walks her each day, and i come in as the hired hand to go for a longer walk!

Muriel always welcomes me, and the longer we walk together, the warmer the welcomes...

It makes my day!
