Billy and I: getting ready for summer.

How cool was it out there today? I am glad i checked the forecast this morning, other wise I'd have been out there in shorts... Brrr!

Billy and i headed off combining a few loops we normally do, into a different walk.

We jumped down an alleyway, followed the watercourse, walked up the fenceline (instead of down when we head this way) looped in through the 'burbs, zigged and zagged along alleyways and pathways (discovering more paths) joining up with a main cycleway / walk way. So we did a very varied walk today.

I mentioned the other day that Billy has his days where he is very affectionate, blocks me in and expects pats... Well today when we stopped for pats... we had a blokey session of "Manscaping"! Billy's sleek and slim summer coat was in and his winter coat was out. So we did a serious scruffling with hair flying everywhere... Billy seemed to like that!

We had a very pleasant walk , it was cold, and we avoided the rain... so ya gotta be happy with that Billy.
