Scarlett and I head off under grey skies...

Scarlett and I had planned to go for a walk yesterday, but the rain and thunder that was around was enough to keep everyone comfy and warm at home.

Today I arrived and it was just starting to spit with rain... but I knew as soon as I put my rain jacket on, the sun would be out and the clouds disappear! That pretty much happened!

Scarlett is getting to know me better and she has a great smiley, lets get going welcome for me when I come to get her. Have i said how much I love the welcomes i get from my Dogs recently!!?

So we headed off and it was a bit windy and spits of rain, and it wasn't looking like too much fun. But it did clear and we followed a cloud break for most of the walk! It was very nice. But you only had to look a kilometre in any direction and it was all thick grey clouds.

Scarlett apparently likes the rain, so that was ok... we got a little damp, but she just trotted along with no worries at all.

Scarlett is a great girl, shes very happy, and easy going, she likes being close and likes the ear and back scratches I give out at random moments. She doesn't get excited when other Dogs get a bit noisey, and she did seem to take interest in more birds this walk. She even spotted some chooks foraging in someones back yard. So she thought they were fun.

We did another long walk, followed the cycleways and did a loop of a big oval. In only a short time with Scarlett we have covered a good distance and in the next walk willl pass a milestone...
