Diesel was up early!

Diesel and I packed up and hit the road this morning for a cool and shady walk together.

It’s fun on our Mini road trips we take…. It’d be a hoot on a big road trip with diesel he’d be a great shot gun and navigator. It might be hard from the back seat, but we could totally road trip! Diesel sits in the back and at traffic lights I scratch his chin. On the way home he could reach my ear and gimme a big Diesel ear kiss…. Ugh! Thanks for the love Diesel.

So again we had a longer morning together we did some awesome practice and our wrestles. Its funny when hes allowed to wrestle he finds other things more interesting. Though today he was just happy to sit next to me and watch the cars, trucks cyclists and the odd walker. We also saw some other dogs walking too, and Diesel was concentrating very well.

We did another lap of the park by the river. We zigged and zagged and had a good look around. The grass has be mown, so it very nice and pretty safe. Though I still kept my lil Mate Diesel away from any tall grass. Today with the wind stirring everything up made it a heads down, Butt up and hoover up all the smells you can find… so Diesel definitely liked that! We got to see ducks ( I think Diesel likes Ducks), and geese and the usual Magpies and we were able to get very very close to some rosellas… as I have said before Diesel likes anything that moves, but he doesn’t chase or scare things… he’s happy to watch. I like that about Diesel.

We had a couple of drink stops and shady rests, but that was more for ear scratches. Diesels Mum combed out half a tonne of hair the other day, and he’d had a bath, he looks very sleeked down and ready for summer!

We loaded up and headed home. Diesel sitting nose to my ear and gave me the occasional lick.

I like these morning starts especially with Diesel!
