Scarlett and I motor along in the warm afternoon.

Once again Scarlett gave me her very special talking welcome, it always makes me happy! Hello to you too girl!

We headed off quickly as I was hoping to get to a nice shady spot and chill rest up and have a drink before heading home. We shade hopped where we could but Scarlett wasn’t minding the walk at all. We did make it to my shady spot with ease (of course) as Scarlett just glides along.

We stopped for a drink and a stretch. Scarlett wasn’t thirsty at all, so she wasn’t too hot or pooped, but I guess she did like the stretch in the cool shady grass. We headed off home and stopped along the way again, just in case Scarlett was thirsty, but again she only had a small drink. Shes a tough girl!

Apparently Scarlett went down to the river for a swim with her Mum yesterday, so maybe we should head back down there again next week.
