Peeno: Watch out everyone…fast walker comin’ through!

You all got to meet Peeno last week. She is already fitting in well as one of my team…One to watch out for too…she is very quick. Already marching out the kilometers. She is also a very smart girl and is getting used to me as well.

Peeno is a very affectionate girl and when we stop she likes to be in nice n close! Sharing the love and the pats! She is a pretty quiet girl, always interested in what is around her. The smells and sights out of the yard are always interesting to see. We may have covered some new ground today? Maybe not as she has a very active family, so she’ has probably been before.

Its only our second walk and we have settled in together really well. Peeno looks in on me occasionally to see if I am ok, but likes to lead the way with some encouragement.Even though it wasn’t a really hot walk today, we still had some shady stops and a couple of drink breaks. I always keep an eye out on my team members to see how they are doing.

Of course Peeno was doing just great! She had a few lil sips of water at the first drink spot and a couple at the second. But Peeno is happy for some pats and a look around.

We saw a group of dogs being walked by their owners at our second drink stop, and Peeno got a lil excited…maybe as there were so many! But we sat where we were and she calmed down nicely when they went by… clever girl… probably telling me…did you see all those Dogs? Yes Peeno…its all ok!

Peeno is a great walker and we covered a lot of ground over a few of my fave parks and watercourses… so no matter how many times I get to walk those…its always a nice walk…See you next time Peeno…!
