Zoe and Joe: Peas in a pod!

Zoe and Joe are coming up for a very big milestone soon. They are one of my teams biggest eaters of kilometers. As I mentioned ages ago, their mum takes them for walks too, so these two are very very fit Boxers.

I love walking Zoe and Joe as thjey really seem to enjoy themselves. We know that they are very energetic when they welcome me. Today joe even wanted to play Tug o war, so he was very excited. Zoe is just happy to see me.

Some times when its very exciting, joe has a lets get going, enough of this dilly-dallying barks. He is a very deceptive looking boy. He has a great nature and behaves very well when we see other Dogs, but his bark when we are at home is so rumbling-deep I reckon whales could hear him. Zoe rarely gets that excited, except maybe when we have a group tug o war. Her bark is how you’d expect from a solid Boxer.

We dis a nice loop today that had a nice steep hill, but when we got home bothe Zoe and Joe were ready for more. Leaving just a tad earlier today and the cooler start makes a big difference. Sure, they flopped in a pile on the cool concrete. But they were trying to stop me from leaving. Joe is very adamant that I should stay and hang with thnem!

On our rest breaks, the grass was still very wet from the overnight dew, and both the Boxers would roll and slide until they were soaked! Then they’d share the love by shaking and spraying me with water.
