Billy gets me to get a wriggle on!

With the holidays coming up I get to catch up with owners I don’t often see. Bill has a very busy family so it was nice to say hello. We were talking and Billy was looking at me as if to say,’… ok ok come on… I won’t be walking myself….!’

Just as well we got a wriggle on, as shortly after we finished our walk, it started bucketing down… I am sure our gardens are happy about that!

We started off on our walk and followed our noses again. Sometimes I have a plan, sometimes we just see where our legs take us.

With the cooler morning out, there was a lot to smell, and Billy is a keen and sometimes over zealous in his scenting. But he returns to casual-Billy pretty quick. Billy, like many of my dogs seem so happy when they find a trail… tail wags, big sniffles and snuffles and a happy look when we get going.

Its always so much fun and makes me happy to see my guys having a great time just getting out and about. There are a few trees on a few of Billy and my walks that must have some very cool residents…I’m thinking possums, they always seem to get his very concentrated attention. It kinda makes sense as they have feed trees, home trees, “hang-in out” trees just like we have bedrooms kitchens and living areas! So maybe Billy is scenting the games room or something!?

As Billy’s family will be taking over some walks, it will be a lil while before I see billy again. So he was very affectionate today… lots of stops for a pat and a sit-down. I am pretty sure Billy likes the attention…
