Billy loves our Tuesday walk!

Billy and I have walked together for a while now and there is a distinct pattern of sharing the love on Tuesdays! He must miss me over the weekend!

Today we had a bit of a sticky-beak around the neighbourhood and see what the good people around the suburb are up to. Mostly it was pretty quiet but that’s ok, it gave us a chance to enjoy the manicured lawns under our feet. Some people have very deep spongy grass…very pleasant walking!

We essentially did a big loop that took in some hills and flat sections and we passed the network of alleyways and parks we have explored previously. So now we know how some of them fit together.

Billy seemed to appreciate the new course we took with all the new sights and smells. Sometimes Billy’s nose was pretty adamant about seeing what was what, but I guess that’s to be expected with a new area!

As usual we had our nice welcome when I arrived and Billy was all about the love along the way. Though I had a sneaking suspicion that the last few were to keep an eye on a couple of dogs out for a walk with their owner. Its always nice to see owners and their fur-family members enjoying the outdoors. It has been very nice out in the mornings and afternoons. Infact it was quite cool the other day… but I was up early and there were no clouds in the sky… so it was relatively cool.

Billy doesn’t really mind what time we walk. He just enjoys time outside of the yard. Though judging by the rope toys he now has… I am sure he can keep himself occupied, judging by the running about and terrorizing the rope toys!
