Have I said how cool Ji is, today? Ji is so cool!

Ji and I headed off to one of my favourite watercourses. I had been planning to take him along to this open space, and it had finally been mown. So we bolted for the park.

Sadly though, Ji got a lot of punctures with all the catseyes. So we meticulously picked a path to exit and continue on somewhere else. Ji never complained about the catseyes, and he was patient with me removing them. I got spiked a fair few times removing them, so it was a relief to both of us to use an escape route alleyway.

We did abot ½ the watercourse, and then I had the bright idea to head over to the bottom of another watercourse, zig-zagging through some more backstreets and alleyways. Then making it to the other watercourse I like! Ji was very happy with our path selection! Throughout the walk he would come back and do his bouncy horizontal Boxer summersaults. So I am pretty sure Ji was having a lot of fun.

We absolutely stormed out the walk today…it was definitely a puppy-powered hot lap. In the time we had we covered a lot of ground pretty effortlessly. Ji has a great pace and we ate up the 2 watercourse path very quickly!

Good walking today Ji. I was hoping for a casual sunset viewing, but one thing led to another and we found ourselves scooting along very quickly! Good job Ji!
