Today Leo, Sadie and I stepped it out for another “PB”! we are slowly adding more and more K’s to our walks and to our overall Tally.

Leo, Sadie and I headed off slightly earlier this morning… It was a busy day at BDW central! So it was nice to see Leo and Sadie keen to head out. I had a bit of a plan to see how we’d all go dropping down a hill, then climbing back up, a lap around two very large ovals and then we traversed a nice big open space and then looped all the way back home! Phew!

Leo and Sadie are improving each time we head out. Its nice to see all their hard work starting to pay off. Clever and happy dogs are “kilometre-stompers” so it seems! We settle in faster, get less distracted (and boy are there some distractions) and recover to concentrate on the task at hand, much quicker!

Now I know all of my Dogs are fit lil team members and if they aren’t already, they soon will be, but due to Leo’s colouring ( I think they call it “blue”), you can see every bulging muscle in the sunshine. Sadie is just as fit, but I did a comparison… and Leo is a “monster”!

I’ll be scared to see what he looks like when we smash out a few hundred k’s like some of my team members! He and Sadie will be able to pull train carriages!

Both Leo and Sadie are continuing to do well on their walks, are becoming very polite fur-kids and getting more and more fit! Go Leo and Sadie…well done!
