09.04.05 Zoe and Joe

Today Zoe, Joe and I went off to see some ducks and in the process complete a crazy figure-8 loopy walk. We also had to scram from home for a little while so we got outta there as quick as we could!

Can you believe it? Zoe, Joe and I have walked over 340 km together! That is just a humungous amount of walking. The Boxer twins always seem to like seeing me (…there’s an understatement! We all go temporarily insane…!), then once out the gate its all business!

Today I thought we’d go up to one of the parks with ducks again. We were pretty much bolting so there was no issue as far as time went. I thought Zoe and Joe would enjoy seeing the ducks again anyway…so they were pretty happy with that!

Isn’t it funny…all my team have their likes and interests. After a little while of walking together its soon becomes clear the things they like to do. I really enjoy seeing the extra excitement, the tail wags, the looks back at me and the extra spring in their step.

Sure its nice being at home…safe in a yard… but man… there are DUCKS out there!

From the duck pond we circumnavigated one park, followed the fenceline of another crossed the road, walked into another watercourse and looped home again… it was a little bit of a loopy walk…but we all seemed to have enjoyed it.

The Boxer twins were pretty pooped (Yes Joe, I can tell!) but Zoe and Joe put on a good show for their family members that just happened to be home on our arrival…I am sure they crashed shortly after I left!!
