17.04.15 Binji

Today I went around to Binjis place and thought he might want to stay at home out of the rain…but no…he’s tougher than he looks!

Some of my team don’t like the rain, and some do, and you never can tell who is gonna decide to stay home today, or go out and enjoy a walk in the rain. I know I love the rain (well not the heavy or hail type!), so I am easy as to going out or staying indoors.

So we headed off into the steady light rain with the plan that when Binji was waterlogged we should come home! So we headed off and Binji went straight off into some paddling to splash about! So he was happy to see the rain.

Today we planned a bunch of smaller loops so if it did rain heavily then we could bail-out and head for home. We did manage to do a couple of clover loops around home and then it got heavier. Binji seemed not to mind really, he’d just shake it all off and keep going. We did both get water-logged so we packed it in and headed home.

We did manage to stick it out for half an hour so it was still a good walk and there were fluffy towels, treats and a snuggly bed to lay down on after a toweling off.

Not a bad way to spend your Friday morning!
