Timmi and Pippa shared a very nice and relaxing walk with me today. We did another big loop all the way to some open fields, for a bit of a look around.

For the past couple of visits, Timmi and Pippas family have been home when we left for our walks. With a nervous puppy, I take extra care to ease our way into walks on our own. Timmi and Pippa are used to guarding the house and were on guard duty when I arrived! Once I said hello, they knew who I was and we prepped to head off.

Timmi remembered who I was and Pippa was a little unsure. But when I got the leads and collars out Pippa was all tail wags and happy feet dancing! I’ll take that as a lets go any day!

So we headed off on an exploration that took us a little further away from home, but along paths that they would be familiar with. Timmi was sandbagging a little bit…I am sure I interrupted a nap, but he was scooting along with the very bouncy Pippa!

Timmi checks in with me as we walk as if to say…ok…we can take this turn and head back home… or…are you sure you don’t want to go back home…

Yes Timmi…I’m sure!

Pippa was very happy to be out and about. She was checking in with me to say hello and share a couple of flying random pats along the way. Her looks up at me were like…this is great!

We walked out along a main road and I wanted to see how we’d go walking along a short fenceline. It was a bit spikey for Timmi , Pippa didn’t seem to mind though, so we had a walk to the end of the road and took a peek!

Once again, Pippa covered more k’s than both Timmi and I. When we got home timmi was pooped and flopped out on the cool tiles. Pippa was straight in to the pool! We shared some treats and Timmi went back to his spot and pippa looked like she was ready for more!
