08.05.15 Bella and Teddy
Bella and Teddy are a great example of how lucky “my” Dogs are to have such great families!
Today I left my camera in the car…so no new pics for Bella and Teddy.
The other day when I went to get Bella and Teddy, someone (No names Teddy!) had “hidden” one lead and thought that shortening another lead would be a great game to play on mike! Apparently Teddy does like to chew on things ocassionally. Though, not to be deterred, I took out my two handy dandy spare leads and off we went! Just try and stop me Teddy!
Just like the walk the other day, is was cool outside but nice in the sunshine. We were able to stay out of the wind at times as we scooted around the backstreets. Houses and trees we passed by, blocking the wind.
One of the things I am starting to notice, sadly, is the number of Dogs, at home all alone, sad and bored, while owners are at work or school. Bella and Teddy, like all my team members are very very lucky to have a caring family around them that ensures they have lots of exercise and things to do at home. Some have family members take them for play and others have me come in to walk them or even take them to school!
It always makes me a little sad that as say for example, Bella, Teddy and I walk past a dog that is barking or howling (I am sure the shift workers love that!) or even worse just looking out at the world depressed!
Though I can only be thankfull that team members like Bella and Teddy are able to get out of their yards a few times a week as well as all the interactions they have with family and friends!
Bella, Teddy and I got to get out and walk around , explore where more alleyways and streets lead and more places for us to walk open up.
Go Bella and Teddy! Its so much fun walking with you guys and I hope you get to laugh at me as much as I laugh when you two are around!
