Today Billy and I walked to the park with the creek, passing and crossing parks as we went.

Even though the walk we did today passes by some “possum trees” we pretty much just bee-lined for another of my fave parks here in Bathurst. Its almost a straight line walk and we are in parks and ovals, pretty much the whole way.

Billy was pretty happy today and was checking in on me. He’d just glance up as if to say’… how cool is this…?’ He really does enjoy his walks. Whether its seeking out possums, going for a muddy swim…or just tramping along. We saw a fair few galahs out today and he even took notice of them there were that many.

It was a bit cool out today, so normally where we seek out the shady trees, we chose the sunny side…well I did, Billy doesn’t seem to mind what weather we walk in, but I am sure he liked the sunshine too.

We made it over to the park and made our way back towards home, past the pigeons and some ducks in a pond, no possums today. Billy was all smiles on our arrival and went to find his rope toy again… always easily pleased! See you next time Billy!
