09.06.15 Zoe and Joe
Zoe, Joe and I do a two river crossings and two bridges walk today.
Zoe and Joe have moved into town and its pretty close to lots of walks. One of my favourites is the walk along the Highway, through a wide open park, cross the river on one of the bridges that has a nice pathway off it to and underpass. The leaf-fall was quite thick, and Zoe and Joe love to have a sniff about amongst the leaves.
We followed the looping path along further to the old bridge. We passed a few walkers but at this time of day it’s pretty quiet. Just as well, Joe is getting a bit too excited with other dogs about, so today all he had to get excited about was some pigeons! Funny boy… It’s not as if they were ducks!
We headed for home after the second bridge crossing. Hopefully soon we will be able to use the riverside walk…but it’s a bit too exciting down there for the moment! Good walking today team…see you again soon.
